Foam Sandwich Panels
EPS stands for Expanded Polystyrene, which is a lightweight, porous plastic material derived from solid beads of polystyrene sandwich panels, consisting of three main layers: two outer layers, usually made of materials such as aluminum steel, and a core layer of EPS. The honeycomb structure of the core layer contributes to the excellent insulation capabilities of the panel.
Expanded polystyrene sandwich panels are also called EPS sandwich panels. The top and bottom surfaces of this panel are galvanized and pre-painted steel sheets, and the core material is polystyrene, which is
formatted by laminating and pressing with 2-component pu glue. The sandwich panels have the characteristics of thermal insulation, heat and sound insulation, waterproofing and fire resistance.
Widely used as walls or roofs of cold storages, industrial workshops, public buildings, etc.
